Project Coordinator Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of projects at MDVP. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, evaluating progress and quality of contract activities, and managing project priorities. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources efficiently.
- Evaluate progress and quality of contract activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to upper management.
- Collaborate with superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in underground construction or pipeline rehabilitation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of scheduling, estimating, contract administration, and cost control.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Must be able to physically access working areas of a construction project site.
- Must be able to travel to project sites as needed to perform essential duties.
