Marketing & Digital Coordinator
The Marketing & Digital Assistant will be an essential support to the our team in expanding our footprint in the public safety industry and beyond. This individual plays a supporting role in growing our businesses and improving customer loyalty across our family of brands. The candidate must have strong administrative skills and a willingness and excitement for to learning all facets of marketing, creative asset support, and eCommerce website creation and maintenance. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must! Essential Responsibilities
Trade Show & Event Administration:
Perform all administrative duties that support the execution of the annual Trade Show calendar, including but not limited to:
- Executing product orders and filing invoices appropriately
- Filing, faxing and making phone calls to trade show staff when necessary
- Working with cross-functional staff to pack and ship items to shows
- Keeping impeccable records of expenses, forms, and documents both digitally and in-office
- Maintain and organize signage, banners, literature, displays, and more
General Marketing Support:
- Execute administrative duties to support campaigns and communication strategies to customers.
- Assist in the creation of new content for all social media accounts
- Assist in creation of emails for all divisions
- Assist in research on new marketing outlets
- Assist in research on competitors, websites, products, and more
- Assist in mailing literature to vendors, customers, and more
- Organize and file all files, paperwork, and documents associated with each marketing effort
- Meeting prep: print and make copies, taking excellent notes, and distributing those notes to relevant team members
- Get pricing and assist in placing orders for giveaways, apparel, and more
- Take detailed notes at all meetings and distribute to the team in a timely manner
Creative & Graphic Design Support:
- Assist with taking and filing photos associated with digital and print marketing efforts
- Creative folder maintenance including saved copies of all digital and print marketing
- Get pricing and assist in placing orders for marketing materials and supplies
- Help take photos for various marketing needs
Ecommerce Support:
- Assist in data entry required for daily website maintenance on websites.
- Find and organize relevant images for use on all websites
- Perform daily audit of all websites to ensure accuracy
- Assist in writing and updating product page copy on all websites
Experience Required:
- Desire for a career path in marketing at a growing company
- 1-2 years of experience in a support role is required
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a task-master! The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively is a must.
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, personalities, and environments.

Job will require several days per week working at our location in Marion, SC
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38,939.00 - $40,408.00 per year
