Requirements:
- Supervisory or management experience of sales team required
- Proof of achievement in prior sales positions required.
- Enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology and products
- Attention to detail
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment
- Hire, schedule and supervise Wireless Sales Associates
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators
- Coach/mentor your team daily
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others
