Mobile Groomer

This is a unique opportunity for an animal loving person that is looking to own their own grooming business without the up front costs and with a huge support team behind them. I have owned a mobile grooming business for almost 20 years and have been so blessed and would like to share my success with others that have the same passion and love for animals. Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:
- Provide grooming services to dogs and cats (Cat grooming is an option not a requirement).
- Perform bathing, brushing, and hair trimming according to client preferences and breed standards
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Handle animals with care and compassion, using proper restraint techniques when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pet groomer or in a related field such as animal care, veterinary technician, or dog training.
- Knowledge of different grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs.
- Strong animal handling skills and the ability to work with pets of all sizes and temperaments
- Familiarity with basic veterinary care and understanding of common health issues in pets
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to groom pets according to specific instructions
- Patience and compassion for animals, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

-Have the physical ability to work independently and to lift dogs.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with dog grooming for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of dog training techniques and behavior management
- Familiarity with pet care services
