Position Summary
Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for following up on leads and cultivating existing accounts for additional leads and convert them into new patients. Duties will include reaching out to and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales and marketing staff. In order to be successful in this role,
you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and
also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a
must.

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm calling and networking.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying potential clients and creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales with a focus on account management.
- Strong skills in analyzing data, negotiating deals, and marketing products/services effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a knack for identifying new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
