Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Afternoons,11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM/40 hours scheduled/32 hours guaranteed/the client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility

- UPDATED ASSIGNMENT TERMS FOR ALL STARTS ON OR AFTER 4/23/2023***
- Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.
- Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
- The client will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

- All RTO should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days.

- Minimum 2 years of current ER experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursy Hits - REQUIRED*
- Flu vaccination - Declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
- Travel experience - Preferred
- The client's Cover Page completely filled out
- Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
