Travel Offer:
- Estimated Weekly Total: $2,686
- Stipend included: $1,246
- Hourly Pay: $36, O.T: 39
- Travel reimbursement: $500

JOB DESCRIPTION
Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients weekly, 4-5 visits per day on average. It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availabilities. Mileage can be up to and over 100 miles as it is a large territory. Mileage reimbursement at current government rate.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum experience: 2 years home health experience, preferred.
- Must have travel experience
- Active MI and WI RN license, Valid Driver's license, OASIS cert a PLUS.
- Charting Experience: Oasis required. Epic required
- Radius Rule: Must live outside 50 miles from the facility.
