Assignment Start Date : 3 / 17 / 2025
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours guaranteed per week

Applicants should have three or more years of nursing experience and the ability to come in and work with minimal direction or supervision. Home Health patients are seen in their home which can include assisted living or adult foster home.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Must have their automobile for work.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience
Licenses Certifications and Registration :
EMR System : EPIC experience preferred
Shift : Day shift 8 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday thru Friday with weekend rotation (currently shared with 5 clinicians). Not to exceed 40 hours a week. (For the week before a scheduled weekend RN would have Thursday off and work Saturday and Sunday and then have the following Friday off).
