Human Resources Assistant (HRA)
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Assistant (HRA) to support HR Operations in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance while also performing administrative tasks and managing training-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate and schedule training classes, ensuring proper classroom setup and materials are prepared.
- Create and manage surveys to gather employee feedback or training evaluations.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
- Use Excel and Access to compile and analyze data, create reports, and manage databases.
- Prepare complex presentations in PowerPoint, including charts and graphs, using various database information.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to policies.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
Experience:
- At least 2 years of recent experience working with healthcare clients.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
- Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
