13 weeks Days 10hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed per week

Job duties will include but are not limited to administering moderate sedation monitoring patients during procedures and assisting with procedure setup and breakdown. Procedures include but are not limited to Left heart cath right heart cath peripheral interventions carotid stents AAAs TAVR and Device implants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess patients to determine their mental physical and spiritual needs.
- Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual care plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provides explanations and instructions to patient / responsible person.
- Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
- Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
- Participate in continuing education.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :
EMR System : EPIC experience preferred
Shift : four 10hour shifts (7 am to 5 : 30 pm) with rotating days off throughout the month. Call will be one weekday per week and one weekend every 4 weeks
