Assignment Start Date : 1 / 27 / 2025
13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

What You Will Do :
- Assess patients to determine their mental physical and spiritual needs.
- Assesses plans implements and evaluates an individual care plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provides explanations and instructions to patient / responsible person.
- Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
- Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
- Participate in continuing education.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :
EMR System : EPIC experience preferred
Shift : night shift 7 pm to 7 am; weekends would be every third weekend. Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays would be considered part of the regular work week but I could accommodate some flexibility with that night if needed.
