Shift Notes: 7P - 7:30A (12 Hour Nights) / No Call / Every Other Weekend (36 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
On-Call Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: Applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.

- OT/Holiday Markups: 1.25x Regular Rate

Submission Requirements
- 3 years of Med Surg Experience - Required
- IL RN License - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required, ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start.
- Work history
