Position: Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN)-LTC
Start Date: 10/7/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Wakefield, MI, 49968
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 12
Shift Notes: 7p-7a, 3x12s; 36 hrs scheduled, 34.5 hrs/week guarantee (30 min deduction each shift for lunch)
Weekend Requirements: rotation, usually 1 weekend off/month
On-Call Requirements: No Call

- 2 years' experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN
- Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental
- travel experience is desired
- work history going back 3-5 years
