- Annual visits: 15,000 - 16,000
- EMR: Cerner
- Dress code: Scrubs of any color
- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Need to be available to cover the holiday rotation.
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
- Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
- Performs and documents the physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
- Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
- Provides comfort to the patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management. Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
- 2 years of current ED experience( Strong ED Skills Are A Must) - Required
- Cerner EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- ENPC or PALS - Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend License/Cert
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
