- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
- Travelers must be available for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's holidays if needed. RTO can not be approved for those since they require a holiday rotation and will need to schedule them where needed.
- Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process
- Must assess and identify patient problems/needs
- Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient's plan of care based on the patient's progress
- Responsible for assisting, supporting, and educating patients
- 3 years of Med Surg experience Required
- ICU experience Strongly Preferred - Those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration
- Travel experience Preferred
- Cerner experience is Highly preferred
- BSN Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend License/Cert
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
