Position: RN-Medical/Surgical

Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Keene, NH, 03431
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 12
Shift Notes: 12hr nights 36hr/week
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Vaccination: Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended, but not required
Travel Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
Dress code: Traveler-provided professional scrubs (no logos)

- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Submission Requirements
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed
- EPIC experience
- ACLS - Strongly Preferred
- Cover page (if available/not required)
- Work History
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, and PERM ADDRESS)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements
- NH license must be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license
