Position: Registered Nurse - Med Surg, Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Start Date:10/28/2024
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Lancaster, NH, 03584
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights,7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12
Shift Notes: 12 HR Nights, Must cover MS and PCU as needed 36 HR Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
On-Call Requirements: No Call
COVID Requirement: Covid vaccination is strongly encouraged. Exemption forms are provided upon request and will be reviewed accordingly.
Traveler Policy: This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of the facility
This is a 25-bed Medical-Surgical Unit.
Average 4-6 patients per assignment.

Dress Code: Scrubs (top and bottom), any color, No denim, no T-shirts, No perfume or fragrances. No body jewelry.

- Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
- Minimum of 2 years CURRENT MS and PCU experience - Required
- Meditech EMR experience - Preferred
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- BSN – Preferred
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- Cover page, if applicable (not required)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
- License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
