- Minimum 2 years current office/clinic ENT Experience - Required
- Travel experience - highly preferred
- All population experience - Highly preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - MUST be uploaded with the profile
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- New Hampshire
Additional License Requirements
- NH or Compact Must be in hand upon submission
