Job Title: Nursing Home Administrator (Permanent Placement)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Float: Between two local long-term care facilities
On-Call: As needed during evenings
Weekend/Holiday Rotation: To be discussed
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations across two long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader with a background in improving care quality and financial outcomes in the LTC space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead staff development and training
- Maintain high-quality care standards and meet financial goals
- Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to implement strategic initiatives
- Provide support as needed during on-call evening hours
Requirements:
- Active LNHA license in Minnesota
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care administration (4 preferred)
- Proven ability to balance care quality with financial performance
- Experience working with governing boards
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Matrix preferred)

Pay: $80,830.15 - $97,343.84 per year
