Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team in the Bronx, NY. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing strategies that align with the organization’s mission and goals, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Lead nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care through evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve patient care delivery systems.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate nursing quality and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Foster professional development and mentorship opportunities for nursing staff to enhance skills and promote career advancement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall clinical outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing or a related field (Doctorate in Nursing or Health Administration preferred).
- Current RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursing leadership.

- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-facility healthcare system or academic medical center.
