Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8

Shift Notes: M-F 7:30 am-4:00 pm (8-hour days) 40-hour guarantee

Weekend Requirements: None

Travel Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates -35-mile radius restriction)

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
• Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
• Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care that are most important.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and interventions to promote optimum achievement of established goals. Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to ensure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.
• Communicates with patients, families, subordinate staff, and peers to ensure that plans and associated interventions are understood, operationalized, and revised, as appropriate.
  
  

Submission Requirements

• 2 years experience - Required
• Oncology experience- Required
• Radion experience- highly preferred

• References NOT required.
• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
• Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
• Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
