Salary: $81,000.00 to $107,000.00
Benefits: Relocation assistance is negotiable. The manager is eligible for an annual at-risk bonus payout of up to 12% of the base annual salary (dependent on Genesis Balanced Scorecard performance).
The L&D Operational Nurse Manager oversees an Obstetrics-LDR Model with 10 Labor Beds, 3 Antepartum/Triage private rooms, and a Mother/Baby Model with 19 Beds. Additional services include the Maternal Family Education Program with Lactation Support, Bereavement, and Childbirth Education.

- Previous experience in Labor and delivery is required
