DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The PACU is a critical care unit where the patients vital signs are closely observed pain management begins and fluids are given. The nursing staff is skilled in recognizing and managing problems in patients after receiving anesthesia.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- PACU or critical care experience is required.
Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :
EMR System : EPIC Knowledge / experience preferred
Shift : Shift is primarilybut can vary depending on patient / dept need rotating weekends
