Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
Compensation: $35.43 - $54.92 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (2-year agreement)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while also providing clinical leadership to the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to the healthcare team during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate bed and patient care assignments for consistency in care delivery.
• Establish effective working relationships with peers, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses, issues, and patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes to physicians and relevant team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for other healthcare team members.
• Utilize teaching strategies to educate patients and promote a safe environment.
• Document and report patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Education:

• ADN (Required)

Certifications:

• BLS or CPR certification (Required within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS certification (Required within 90 days of hire)
• License: Active Illinois RN License (Required)

Experience:

Med/Surg experience strongly preferred

Pay: $35.53 - $54.92 per hour
