Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg (Nights)

Salary:
- Hourly: $24.48 - $39.16 (based on experience)
- Annual: $50,918 - $81,453 (with full benefits)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- New Grads: Paid above the minimum, determined during the interview
Schedule:
- Shift Type: Nights
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Workweek: 36 hours (Three 12-hour shifts)
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and assessing patients, reading vital signs, and administering injections/vaccinations
- Managing a patient load of 6 patients per nurse, supported by 2 Licensed Medical Assistants (LMAs) per floor
- Adhering to nursing best practices and ANA standards in all aspects of care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Floating to other units as needed
- Completing a 4 to 6-week orientation program before working independently
Requirements:
- License: NH State RN license (active or temporary)
- Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) – Considered
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
- Certifications:
- ACLS – Required
- PALS & Telemetry Strip Reading – Preferred
- Experience:
- New grads are welcome
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required (Client uses Allscripts Paragon)
