Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights)
Location: Lawton, OK

Sign-On & Relocation Bonus:

• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000
• Relocation Bonus: $2,000 (Candidate must relocate to Lawton, OK and provide a new Lawton address to be eligible. Surrounding areas such as Elgin or Cache do not qualify.)

Salary & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $30 - $38.82 (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Shift differentials & Clinical Pathway available
• Permanent Placement Fee: 21%

Job Description:

The Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) will develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for patients. Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments and nursing diagnoses.
• Creating and executing patient care plans.
• Collaborating with ancillary nursing staff and patient care teams to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
• Providing care to diverse patient populations, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Working in a 12-bed unit, with staffing ratios of 1:4-5 depending on patient acuity.
• Monitoring vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment.
• Caring for patients with conditions such as heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Shift Information:

• Shift Type: Nights
• Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1845-0700)
• Shift Length: 12 hours

Certification Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

State License Requirements:

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
