Job Title: Program/Project Management Representative
Location: ONSITE - Minot, ND
Pay: $25/Hourly (W-2)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking the progress of projects managed by the Bakken IT team.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop project documentation to provide status updates and support project processes.
- Create process flow diagrams and other documentation to assist with business analysis and finalize support models.
- Lead and manage smaller, task-based projects from initiation to completion under the direction of the company.
This role focuses on supporting project management activities and assisting with smaller projects, offering a solid foundation for individuals looking to grow in program/project management.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $29.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Experience:
- Project documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
- Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
