Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under nursing standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.
- Teach patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Respond effectively to patient emergencies and crisis situations.
- Document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Adapt to rapidly changing unit and patient needs.
Requirements:
Active RN License in the state of Oregon
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
ACLS Certification (or obtained within the grace period)
*Experience in Acute care)
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer use*
