Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care
Location: Hot Springs, SD

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse RN to join our Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, guided by individualized care plans, facility policies, and professional standards. You will also supervise Nursing Assistants to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess resident health, make nursing diagnoses, and develop care plans.
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions based on resident needs.
Coordinate with physicians for resident medical care and ensure needs are met.
Communicate effectively with families and provide education on care plans.
Administer medications and treatments, documenting accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Participate in quality management initiatives to maintain care standards.
Supervise resident assistants and ensure care plans are followed.
Demonstrate competency in IV therapy, including initiation, medication administration, and catheter management.
Compensation:
$34.00 - $39.00/hour (based on experience).
