Mobile Health Team Inc., staffing agency has openings for MedSurg Tele RN. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 4/21 or 5/5

• 13 Week Duration | Days | 3x12-hour shifts | 36hrs GTD

Travel Offer:

• Estimated Weekly Total: $2,361.64
• Stipend included: $1,246
• Hourly Pay: $30.99, O.T: $46.49
• Travel reimbursement: $500

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Primary Location: Deaconess Gateway, Newburgh, IN
• Shift Requirements: 12hr Days 6.30a-7p
• Float Requirements: First to float within skillset. Deaconess Midtown (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Deaconess Henderson (KY – 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible.
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
• Weekend: Three weekends out of every six week schedule.
• Holidays: every other holiday
• Unit Information: 31 beds. Pre/Post procedure Cath Lab, Surgery admissions, Observation patients
• Unit Information: 44 beds. Ratio: Days 1:3-5; NOCs 1:4-7; CN takes patients on nights, but rarely on days.
• Scrub Colors: Navy blue scrubs

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Two years of strong cardiac/tele experience, 1 travel assignment, trauma level II experience.
• Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
• Patient Population: Post cardiac procedure (heart cath, ablation, pacemaker), A-fib RVR, ESRD, CHF, sepsis, tracheostomies, nephrostomy tubes/CBI/renal biopsy, behavioral health/detox.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

• Indiana
• Compact allowed
