Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the Medicare Center, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Coordinate and schedule sales consultation meetings
• Maintain a friendly and professional environment within the center
• Work closely with the Medicare Center Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide daily reports to the corporate office
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed
• Create and managed customer accounts in the CRM system
• Set realistic expectations for wait times and alternate service options
• Ensure proper stock of sales collateral, refreshments, and other supplies

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for customer service and ability to influence customer decisions
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to attend mandatory paid training programs, including corporate orientation, online/classroom training, and job shadowing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
