EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- Must have Oasis Home Health and Hospice experience
- Must have experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits.
- Must be able to manage and adjust to changes to schedule.
Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :
EMR System : HealthWyse (Careficient) experience preferred
Shift : Monday Friday (8 am5 pm)
Weekends : Some weekend coverage is required
Call : Some calls may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis
