EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
Experience :
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
Licenses Certifications and / or Registration :
EMR System : Experience with McKesson / Netsmart EMR preferred
