The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients. The RN will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring the patient’s outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with other members of the patient’s care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist). This is a chronic, in-center position.

Shift: 10-13-hour shifts AM or PM available. Must be able to work any shift schedule (AM/PM) depending upon staffing needs.
Float Requirement: Must be able to work at clinic locations on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend) depending on staffing needs.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
- Must have a minimum of 1-year nursing experience.
- Previous Dialysis experience required
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing is preferred.
- Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Multistate nurse license.
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association is required.
