- 2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience listed in the resume - REQUIRED
- Must have Charge RN experience in the dialysis setting listed on resume - REQUIRED
- Must be willing and capable of taking charge RN - REQUIRED
- Must have FMC and EMR abilities - REQUIRED
- Willing to float to Hemodialysis Center 1 day/week - preferred (0.67/mile reimbursed per IRS standards)
