Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 10
Shift Notes: 6:30A – 5:00P (10 Hour Varied Days) / (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: Every 3rd / 5:30 pm Friday to 6:30 am Monday
On-Call Requirements: As needed, 5:00 pm to 6:30 am
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Covid Vaccine - Required
Traveler Policy: na
10-bed hospital
4 bed ER.
Patient population: Newborn-Geriatric
Trauma Level: IV
EMR: Medworx
Dress code: Business casual, white lab coat

- Analyzes samples of blood, tissue, and body fluids to determine chemical content, cell count, drug levels or blood type; may also search for specific microorganisms like bacteria or parasites.
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed.
- May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day.
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or Lifting as required.
- 2 years of current experience - Required
- ASCP Certification (Verification MUST be included with submission) - Required
- Rural experience - Preferred
- Phlebotomy experience - Highly preferred
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
- ASCP
- BLS (AHA)
