Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Laboratory Tech
Location: Hackettstown, NJ
Duties:
- Perform lab testing in the Core Lab, and report results according to SOP.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
- Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
- Maintain and manage laboratory supplies.
- Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.
Skills:
- Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new graduates are welcome
Education:
- Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology Associates degree required
- Bachler's degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology is preferred
Certification & Licensure:
- ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification such as Medical Technologist (MT) and Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
