What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional position at Mobile Health Team LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and lesson plans.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to reinforce learning objectives.
- Support students with special needs, including adapting materials and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, and other school events.
- Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher or relevant staff.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Participate in professional development and training as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
