What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Mobile Home park?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Homes Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a 300-pad park. This role requires excellent organizational skills, and strong customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Collaborate with Regional Manager
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Oversee rent collection and delinquency management
- Oversee projects, proposals, contracts and vendor relations.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with property management software, Rent Manager
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Sales experience is a plus
