The Mobile Hose Technician role is a critical position at Mobile Hydraulics as it is the main service we provide to our customers.
About the Role:
- This role includes commission and offers financial reward to technicians seeking to build a book of business within their defined territory. Hardworking, resourceful, and opportunistic technicians will thrive in this role.
- The role requires technicians to be diligent and self-sufficient while maintaining the overall functionality of your company-provided Mobile Workshop.
- Another key component of your success in this role is your ability to manage your time and effectively coordinate with the Fleet Manager, Dispatcher, and all customers.
- You will work on a variety of equipment (which includes construction equipment, warehouse equipment, and transportation vehicles, etc.).
- The onboarding process is heavily focused on providing the training required for you to perform your duties independently while working on remote jobsites.
What we are looking for:
- Mechanically included, resourceful, problem-solving attitude with at least 2 years of mechanical experience.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively deal with customers to minimize conflicts as well as build strong customer relationships.
- Must be able to excel with little supervision and manage time effectively.
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, proactive, hard-working, motivated individual looking to exceed expectations.
