What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile IV Infusion Specialist position at Mobile IV Nurses?
About the Role
Mobile IV Nurses is expanding to the Philadelphia tri-state area, and we’re looking for skilled, compassionate RNs who want to bring concierge-level care to patients in their homes, offices, and beyond.
If you have excellent IV skills, a passion for helping others, and the drive to create a flexible, fulfilling schedule, this is your opportunity to join one of the most respected mobile IV companies in the country.
Why Join Mobile IV Nurses?
- Purpose-Driven Autonomy: As an independent provider, you choose when and where you work — all while operating under the supervision of our medical director and following established physician orders and protocols.
- Competitive Pay Potential: Earn a percentage of each treatment you perform. Many providers generate significant supplemental or primary income depending on their availability, location, and commitment. Our treatment packages range from $100 to $625.
- Independent Flexibility: Whether you're looking for full-time flexibility, part-time variety, or supplemental income — you control when you work. Please note: call volume varies by region and earnings depend on your availability, proximity, and willingness to travel.
- Largest Mobile IV Network in the U.S.: Join a team of over 700 providers across Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Florida, Utah, Tennessee, Georgia, and now Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
What to Expect

- Appointments are scheduled daily from 8 am – 8 pm, but visits can be performed 24/7.
- Calls are dispatched through our custom mobile app, where you can view and bid on available requests in your area — similar to popular gig-based platforms.
- The more responsive, available, and willing to drive you are, the more opportunities you can accept.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to appointment confirmations after being assigned to a patient via our mobile dispatch app.
- Travel to patients' homes, offices, or hotels to administer IV hydration and vitamin therapy.

- Maintain clear and accurate documentation using our EMR system.
- Communicate effectively with patients and conduct follow-up after each visit to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Manage and restock personal medical supply inventory as needed.
- Represent Mobile IV Nurses with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.
