What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Personnel position at Mobile Lumber & Building Materials?
Mobile Lumber is hiring warehouse personnel to work out of their millwork facility in Bay Minette, Alabama. This is a full time position with benefits.
Millwork experience (doors, windows, moulding, trim, stair parts, columns, etc.) is strongly PREFERRED and will be considered before applicants without industry experience. However, we will consider and train inexperienced applicants with strong work ethic and great attitude.
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive incoming merchandise or material
- Load/Unload material onto trucks and trailers for delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Continuously stand, squat, bend, stoop, twist , climb, reach, walk and kneel;
- Frequently push/pull up to 75 lbs and lift/carry up to 50 lbs on your own
- Occasionally push/pull 100lbs or more and lift/carry 75 lbs or more
This is a full-time position in an uncontrolled temperature environment up to 6 days per week.
