We're actively looking for a Full-time Paramedic to join our team for medical oversight on a project in Santa Clara, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Running the on-site clinic and providing emergency care, wellness support, safety assistance, and customer service to the construction project team.
- Collaborating closely with safety, risk management, and workers' compensation programs.
- Offering occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and helping reduce risks for workers.
- Managing healthcare services, supporting on-site health and wellness initiatives, monitoring treatment plans, and handling case management.
- Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in our system.
- Working in coordination with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of Paramedic experience.
- Active CA State Paramedic license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility with work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in occupational health.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER).
Managerial experience.
OSHA 30 training.
ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certification
Compensation: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5:00 am - 5:00 pm), with occasional Saturdays as needed.
