We are seeking an outgoing Paramedic / RN to join our medical team on a large construction project in Mesa, Arizona. The role of this position is to provide injury triage and management, support the safety team, and to keep the workforce safe every day. A typical day in the life of an Occupational Healthcare Technician
- Understanding occupational medical care, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
- Providing injury triage, treatment, and management
- Assessment and treatment of both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses according to Evidence Based Medical protocols
Providing follow-up care and maintaining proper patient records in EMR system (Cority)
A passion for organizing on-site employee health and wellness efforts
Substance Abuse Testing & Occupational Health Services
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or RN experience.
Active AZ State Paramedic or RN license.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Flexibility with work schedule
Team Spirit
Positive attitude
Strong leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in emergency medicine (ambulance or ER)
Previous experience in occupational health
Managerial experience
OSHA 30 / 10 training (training provided)
ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certification
Compensation : Paramedic - Up to $36 per hour ; RN - Up to $42 per hour
Schedule : Saturdays and Weekday coverage
