This is an onsite position and the applicant must be available for work during normal business hours.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various office tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
MUST have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Handle correspondence in a professional and expedient manner
- Answer phone calls from clients and tenants
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Organize, research, and gather required data as needed
- Update files
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance
- Update meeting agendas
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Experience in customer support and office management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
