This is an onsite position and the applicant MUST have a valid driver's license.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a manufacture home park.
Communication
- Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping the objectives of Mobile Park Management LLC and the residents.
- Communicate all problems and make recommendations to Community Manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents to maintain a positive and open line of communication.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all vendors and other staff members.
Corrective Maintenance
- Complete service requests per work orders, following company procedures.
- Enter at residents’ convenience, if possible
- Make repair
- Clean up thoroughly
- Observe condition of the home and report any unusual circumstances
Assist with make-ready procedures for homes
- Paint, Clean carpets, windows, appliances
- Service appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures
- Repair or replace old and faulty parts
- Check locks and lockboxes
- Replace light bulbs
Preventive Maintenance
- Conducting regular inspections of grounds, building, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances and major equipment.
- Check for appearance and cleanliness
- Make repairs or replacements as necessary, with approval.
- Review, update and complete items on the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and other similar computer programs.
