We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials to assist in the evaluation of cardiac conditions. Your expertise will contribute to accurate and timely diagnostic assessments, supporting high-quality patient care.
Experience is preferred but not required—new graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure proficiency in mobile PET imaging.
Responsibilities:
- Perform nuclear medicine scans, including PET scans, with a focus on cardiac imaging.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety, comfort, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret scan results and provide diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results.
- Ensure the proper functioning of imaging equipment through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Educate patients about nuclear imaging procedures, addressing concerns and explaining the process.
- Stay informed about advancements in nuclear medicine technology and follow best practices for mobile imaging.

Requirements:
- Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Experience in PET imaging preferred but not required – New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to travel across Florida as part of a mobile imaging team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle if required
- Strong understanding of cardiac imaging, medical terminology, and anatomy
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and radiation safety protocols
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a mobile setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
