Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Medical Diagnostic Sonographer to join our medical team. The Medical Diagnostic Sonographer will be responsible for conducting diagnostic procedures using ultrasound equipment to generate images for interpretation by physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Analyze technical information and medical history to optimize imaging procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate patient assessments
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Skills:
- Proficient in anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in emergency room (ER) settings is a plus
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using medical imaging techniques
- Skilled in sonography techniques
