Telecom Site Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support site development activities (site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, etc.).
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain consistency in processes, reporting, and data integrity.

Requirements:

• Experience: Telecom experience in site development and leasing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with T-Mobile’s database (Magentabuilt, Siterra, or equivalent).
• Daily Tasks: Work with T-Mobile Project Managers on large buildouts.
• Preferred Background: Recent telecom experience, managing multiple projects, and liaising with various stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivots, etc.).

Additional Notes:

• Expenses: Approved as needed, with some travel to market offices.
• Support: Will support Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Green Field: 4 years (Required)
• T-mobile: 1 year (Required)
• Sprint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Site Development: 3 years (Required)
• Site Aquisition: 3 years (Preferred)
• Telecom Site development: 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
