Summary
This role is the primary interface between 3rd party contract manufacturers for healthcare products in the Clear Arch Health division of MobileHelp.
The role consists of managing contract manufacturing to assure operational and supply chain execution excellence. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s) and conducting performance audits regularly to maintain clear and visible status with business leadership by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage day-to-day inquiries regarding product fulfillment
- Single Point of contact for all Kore issues, legacy and current customers
- Manage Inventory levels at Kore, based on actuals and forecast
- Purchasing responsibility and/or approval for hardware and packaging expenses. Order inventory from MobileHelp and OEMs
- Monitor order activity/fulfillment via accounting database and Salesforce transaction support
- Update Quality System Management and procedural/work instruction documentation to reflect necessary changes
- Ensure training plans are implemented and document to maintain compliance.
- Facilitate design transfer activities from engineering team to vendor.
- Oversee and ensure product testing is successfully completed.
- Conduct onsite visits with vendor as needed.
- Assist in intercepting and routing of RCAs to MobileHelp engineering.
- Invoice review and approvals
- Maintaining Quality metrics & report as requested
- Represent manufacturing during FDA inspections
- Manage access for Verizon/Samsung portals for product provisioning
- Provide reports as required to include but not limited to Process Shipping Report, WIP Report, Daily Shipping Report, Non-Asset reports, etc.
- Interfaces with other business units such as: Engineering, Accounting, Operations, CAH Warehouse staff.
- Create, manage, and close any temporary deviations of work products.
- Create, manage and close out non-conforming material dispositions
- Drive corrective and preventative action plans around defects or potential defects related to the manufacturing and repair processes
- Participate/represent manufacturing on the Program Cross Functional Team, quality meetings and complaint reviews
- Ability to travel up to 5%

Education and/or Experience
A degree in a technical related field or equivalent on the job experience (7 years).
Other Qualifications

- Experience working for a medical device manufacturer in the areas of manufacturing, production or quality assurance.
- Experience creating, maintaining, improving and ensuring compliance to production and repair standard work instructions.
- Experience using Six-Sigma, lean manufacturing and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing/production processes, inventory management and material flow.
- Experience as a cross functional team member, representing service, repair, production or manufacturing.
- Experience planning, conducting and facilitating audits for compliance to a regulated entity.
- Address and resolve production problems related to product design and supplier components using systematic problem solving techniques such as 5 Why, FMEA or FTA.
- A proven ability to maintain key relationships with engineering, quality, sourcing, and external vendors.
- A history of self direction, strong work ethics, strong personal values and driven.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce as it applies to production/fulfillment activities.
Language Skills
Fluency in the English language is required.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, basic knowledge of using virtual meeting platforms
